Clark County in Southern Nevada will have a new area code starting June 3, 2014. The new 725 area code will overlay existing NPA 702 which serves Las Vegas and all the small towns around it (Mesquite, Laughlin, Henderson, Paradise, North Las Vegas,...). Mandatory 10 digit dialing for all local calls in the area starts May 3, 2014.
